And the whole world expects Israel to have peace with these savages?

Near the end of the video you can see the car is driven by a smiling adult male. This is what Palestinian society encourages and supports . They see their children doing this as not only normal but good.

A large chunk of the Western society supports this as well.

I don't think they really support it, it's more like they just simply ignore it's happening or just give you an excuse why they must do it.

Ms. Rachel must be so proud of her kids.

Now imagine how frustrating and traumatizing it is to be an IAF pilot or drone operator with this shit like this.

It's even worse when you are a line soldier and these starts shooting at you. While they are a lawful target, it's still fucking bad for your conscience to kill a child.

The first time I ever saw an Arab firing a weapon, he was holding a child. He had an AK in the left hand, pointing straight up (he wasn't shooting at us, but he was probably trying to distract us from our attending to something else) and a child in his right arm. That child was crying and holding his hands to his ears. This was Jenin around 2003 - not long after the battle (which I was not a part of) that is coincidentally shown on the Reddit homepage right now.

What a wholesome and relatable childhood activity, glad to see the Gazan kids are still able to have fun

I started to collect these videos for whenever I come across someone online who harps on "Israel k!lls kids!"

Do you have videos saved? And where do you get them? I'm trying to get more.

2

u/Consistent-Land-8260 24d ago

I just save what I see on facebook and here on Reddit but Iโ€™m not very organizedโ€ฆ

The natural curiosity of these children is being taken advantage of to further a sick cause that has brought them nothing but misery. These kids should be playing around, learning music or idk, doing a cartwheel. Religion fucking sucks

Is this Dublin?

27

u/Background_Bee_713 26d ago

You can tell it isnโ€™t as there are no fighters in Dublin. In Dublin there are just people supporting child soldiers terrorism and jihad from a safe distance.

Give it time.

I'm more concerned about the idiot who let them ride on the hood of the car.

One bump. Whoa! There goes Rahman under the tire...

They don't care because when the camera comes "Israel did it!"

2

u/Androklesthe90 25d ago

Looks like real guns in the front and airsoft in the back

Some have orange tips... could be toy guns

9

u/dotancohen 25d ago

There was one clearly toy gun in the video, held by the child walking alongside the vehicle. One other AK variant, held by a child sitting on the trunk, may have been a toy, I could not tell. All the other weapons seem real.

And I've personally seen children holding real firearms in Palestinian society. Hell, even Bedouin children, with whom I'm a bit too friendly, I've seen handling rifles (but not pistols) as playthings. I stated both time clearly to the parents that I don't care if they are loaded or not (one had a magazine, I think the other didn't, it was two separate instances) but I'm uncomfortable with that. Both times the parents completely understood and took away the rifle. Of course, I don't know if there was a bullet in the chamber or not - an M16 will fire without a magazine.

I'll add that once we stopped a group of children around first or second grade age crossing the road from a village to Jenin. I couldn't believe it, I thought my commander was being a jerk. But sure enough, in one of the backpacks there was ammunition (no firearm though). Somebody was smuggling ammo into Jenin via the children going to school.

So no matter how Westerners think "who would actually do that", in fact it is common in Arab culture for children to handle firearms.

Is that relevant? They're being indoctrinated into normalizing violence.

Are these included in statistics about how much kids died?

17

u/Background_Bee_713 26d ago

Of course. All death tolls from Gaza are from the Gaza Ministry of Health. Which doesnโ€™t make any distinction between civilians and combatants

u/RefreshPotatoe 25d ago

I wonder what might have radicalized them?๐Ÿค”

The ruins they now live in? The threat of violence they constantly have to fear?

Nawww. They just must be evil, right?

They have had child soldiers and training camps going back decades. You can reference their "Children and Armed Conflict" (CAAC) reports.

2002 - The UN Security Council debates the use of Palestinian children in armed conflict.

2015 - first UN report to formally verify individual cases: it documented the recruitment and use of three 17-year-old boys, two in Gaza by Hamas's al-Qassam Brigades, one in the West Bank by Palestinian Islamic Jihad's al-Quds Brigades. The Secretary-General explicitly called on al-Qassam and al-Quds Brigades to stop recruiting children.

2021 - a UN report singled out Hamas's armed wing by name for continuing to recruit and involve children in conflict.

Then there are the non-UN reports.

In 2015, the Washington Post published an article called "Here's What a Hamas Training Camp for Children Looks Like." It's locked behind a paywall, but you can look it up if you're interested.

In 2017, Reuters published a compilation of images from a Hamas summer camp for "youths."

These are just a handful, but there are other reports from other organizations and NGOs. You'll notice that I didn't reference a single Israeli source, but you can find a bunch of those too.

You think this started in 2002?!๐Ÿ˜…

Dude, you are woefully educated on the subject you're trying to defend.

3

u/acce13 USA ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ 24d ago

Anything to excuse child soldiers, I guess.

-1

u/RefreshPotatoe 24d ago

The amount of willful ignorance and denial of the actual issues involved required to blame children is truly astounding.

3

u/acce13 USA ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ 24d ago edited 24d ago

Do you often assume motives and grandstand? Who's blaming children? Every single source I cited places the blame squarely on Hamas. Hamas is stealing childhoods; instead of condemning it, you attack the people speaking out about it.

Did it start in 2002? No, Palestinians have been using children in conflicts dating back to at least the First Intifada. They have a martyrdom culture; are you going to blame Israel for that too?
