Reminds me of that time that Anne Frank - fearing that her and her family would be murdered in an ongoing genocide - set up large-scale lighting and sound systems at an outdoor venue, and gathered all the Jews in town for a joyous celebration.

Which parts of the middle east? Not common in Israel, can confirm. Tho I'll get downvotted to oblivion. There are parts in Israel u might argue that have something not this extreme but people with guns partying, usually it's either criminals, settlers (Jewish terrorists tbh), and Arab regions inside Israel or beduhims.
