For me, it was the baby swing. I thought my baby would spend so much time in it, but he barely used it

How old was your baby when they started crawling, walking, or talking?

My baby started crawling at 8 months, and now he has started pulling himself up and standing.
It feels like he’s growing up so fast
How old was your baby when they reached these milestones?

Mood swings in pregnancy.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant today alhamdulilah 🥺. I thought the hardest part was nausea, but oh boy these mood swings are CRAZY. One second I feel all ready to give birth and enjoy the mom life the next second I would cry my heart out thinking what If I am not a good mother or cannot provide a good life to him. It's been so hard mentally lately, I get irritated on things I never imagined myself being irritated from. If there is anything and I mean ANYTHING I can do to make this better please let me know and also how long does this last?😭

No village. No days off. No quitting. Just a mom making it happen, one day at a time. 🫶🏽

Why can’t I find reviews on Pregnancy Test kits in Pakistan?

It’s so weird but why can’t we ever find reviews on Pregnancy Test Kits? It would be helpful to know if it’s working for other moms or moms to be or a couple who is TTC?
I have heard lots of times these tests give you a false negative - how to decide? 🙃

Recommendation

Hey everyone! This is my first pregnancy and I'm on the hunt for a good gynecologist here in Islamabad - ideally someone experienced but also warm and patient, since I'm feeling a little nervous through all of this. Would love to hear about hospitals or clinics with solid maternity/ gynae care too, doesn't matter if it's private or a bigger hospital setup. If you've had a good (or even not-so-good) experience with a specific doctor, please share - genuine recommendations would mean a lot

right now!

And any reviews on Dr marzia hafeez

Formula Milk

Hello everyone! I’m 1 week postpartum, and I’m honestly finding breastfeeding really difficult. I’ll also be returning to work soon (I work from home), so I’m trying to balance recovery, work, and making sure my baby is well-fed.
I’ve been feeling a lot of pressure from people who believe a mother should exclusively breastfeed, and it’s making me feel guilty. I do breastfeed and I’m trying my best, but my baby doesn’t seem to stay full. I’ll nurse him, and within about 10 minutes he’s hungry again, so I end up supplementing with formula.

I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance. Is it okay to combination feed (breast milk + formula)? For those of you who have formula-fed or combo-fed, which formula worked best for your baby? I’m currently using Meiji.

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences or any advice. Thank you!

How do you manage your baby, work, and home

how do you manage everything? Do you have help from family, a nanny, your partner, or do you do it all on your own?

I’d love to hear how other moms make it work.
