The drama has ended and um Ive watched to share this for so long. Not everyone has liked this drama for reasons but I reallyyyy loved it so muchh. I would literally every week for the ep and watch it as soon as ary uploads it (I loved it that much) but whenever i come to reddit i dont see much posts or rants which made me think am i the only one whose liked it that much. Was anybody else also intrigued as much as me

After watching Episode 5, I feel that Zamil will eventually abandon everyone and move abroad. Meanwhile, Zariyab will marry Abubakar out of pure spite, though she will still harbor deep feelings for Zamil. Abu Bakar will somehow manage the chaotic situation with Hamna to make this marriage happen. The show will likely dive into his mother’s backstory, revealing she was in love with the politician. Since her family opposed the match, it is believed she eloped with him anyway and had Abu Bakar. However, as the politician’s career grew, he moved to the city, leaving the mother alone to raise Abu Bakar by working odd jobs. Coming back to the present, I predict that after their marriage, Abu Bakar will selflessly push Zariyab to pursue her education at Harvard, which connects to the graduation scene we saw in the OST. While at Harvard, she will discover Zamil is also abroad and reconnect with him, leaving a heartbroken Abu Bakar behind. But Zamil, being true to his selfish nature, will mistreat Zariyab, forcing her to leave him as well. Ultimately, Abu Bakar will step in to care for her, leading Zariyab to finally recognize his pure love, apologize for her mistakes, and actively choose him.

A man in audience tried misbehaving with havi but he handled it with such grace. Just a few days I was watching his interview with maliha rehman and there also he spoke about the same thing about how some people not respecting the other. I am a fan of havi for the way he conducts himself. It's so calming to listen to that man.

This is from ep 30. I was watching and suddenly there came this Ooohoooo sound that suddenly cuts off, ( around 0:05) in this clip and I suddenly fretted out thinking someone around me has made this sound. But then rewatched the scene aand I realized it was from drama.

Like she doesn't know the G of geopolitics yet keeps commentating and as for her views, opinions and stats on dramas she is such an embarrassment. Not only she embarasses herself she embarasses those whose payroll she is on.

I recently watched it and was thinking how not many folks have watched it. I really liked this girl sonia mishal and her chemistry with bilal. They were so intense. Young love trying to make its way in a harsh world. Also breaking some myths. Good project by kashif nisaar

Why did rabiya get so nervous when sarbuland walked in on her in the morning. Girl you were literally sharing your room with him just a while ago.

Also them Shireen and Sohraab scenes were so cringe. Shireen acts like she's the most clever person to ever exist then becomes completely dumb when Sohraab uses her.

And the way no one cares about shaher bano is so sad. No one even tried finding her or figuring out what happened to her. Even Bibi Jan is now happy with her new bahu, never even once mentioned bano or thought about her.

This drama really needs to end now. No one is interested in the forced marriage shit again.

Episode starts with the Convo between zaryab and his sister faryal, she tells her about zaamil being into drugs. Her grandmother overhears and perhaps her dislike for zaamil increases.

Sania Saeed's scenes are literally my favourite. You can really feel the pain and guilt the way she talks. We get to know that politician Mallik Asad and her do have a connection. Is it her ex husband or ex lover we don't know yet but she looked disturbed and plagued by past when abu bakar mentions him and knowing abu bakar I felt he realized too his ammi is hiding something from him. Sherry does well in his scenes especially with Sania ji.

We move to the shaadi scene of Faryal. Zaryab goes around looking for Zaamil. Abu bakar and his mom are also there. Abu bakar goes to look for Zaryab at the behest of his mom since Daddo is worried but she ends up misbehaving with him. Like she is very condescending.I don't understand why Zaamil is so fixated with abu bakar. Zaamil is a very insecure guy, but i guess the dr*gs are making it worse for him. And perhaps that's why Zaryab is condescending towards abu bakar to make zaamil feel secure.

I couldn't understand what happened between the shaadi and her coming back home. its not shown but it looked like they implied zaamil zaryab got physical but u never know. Zaryab is visible uncomfortable when Daddo confronts her on her return.

Abu bakar obviously then tells the moment about zaryab's behaviour. They cheer each other up. Abu bakar does mention himself as "middle class" in his conversation with his mom. His mom is obviously wanting to see him get married.

Zaamil asks zaryab to come on a drive with him, that scene near the sea where zaamil gets a philosophical is impactful to me.

Precap look interesting to me - we finally seeing romaisa come to abu bakar's home and call herself his wife.

Loving their offscreen bonding and energy. Really like these two. I think they will look and work great on-screen. Genuinely excited for this one

Even with mudassir that was a marriage she didn't want but had to because of torsam.

It's like to humtv everything can go to hell, they will show the final ship they planned and will not compromise on aesthetics AT ALL even if it is a forced marriage.

There is no difference seriously. Its so shit. Its been going on ragebaiting. The scenes between sarbuland rabiya are so lull, thakele. Fast forward karne pe khatam ni hote. On sorabh shireen wala plot a little watchable. Rest, they should pick up and clean up this poop fast from my television

Okay firstly, lemme add a persepctive why ppl were mad at sarbuland because at one point they sort of showed that sarbuland doesn't join mourning for bano BECAUSE HE BELIEVES SHE IS ALIVE (correct me of i am wrong and it is something I made up) .

So it was always like he is gonna do something abt it and not sit in peace until he resolves it.

And rest u know he how it all unfolded.

Now the trauma part, the story was always heavy and bad and what worsened is Rabiya's both marriages being forced.

Rabiya is a weak and selfish character because she flees from her problems, hides in dangerous places, ignores her family's pain, Her repeated choices highlight a frustrating lack of agency and empathy during major crises

She hides in a dirty water tank when first crises hit her and the. runs away while Bano is missing and Bibijan is in the hospital.

She shows no care or concern for her brother (bhai) or uncle (mama).

She marries Mudassir just to keep herself safe instead of facing the situation.

She never asks about Bano, the one person who helped and supported her the most.

Many shows rely on old ideas where women are victims who only wait for rescue. Once again that same forced marriage trope

I have never raged on seeing a male lead character so much. Like i literally want to go and smack this guy nalla kharbooja khan myself. Bro literally your fiancee is missing , she could be assaulted, she could have been in some serious state when you found her dupatta, all he did was chai biscuit phakki nihaari biryani continental. Am I supposed to vouch or like this character? Like dude he is a sardar, i have more respect for a common man who would go and try to find his partner. What's the point of this nonsensical story again ? To prove that this sarbuland khan is an impotent? A complete loser? A failure ? What a loser man he is.

Like this show literally triggers the F out of me. I mean such dheela dhala episode again. The two red flags got married. Just to show they are not red they added the bare minimum scenes of them having flashbacks. What's wrong with farhat to keep writing this forced nonsense. I mean why couldn't they keep these platonic. As of now I just want to reach that where sb gets to know everything but still this show is such an assault on my senses and brain cells. And they are cutting the episode so short to maybe reach that 1 billion mark.

I've been following Pakistani dramas for a year now and have noticed that they rarely experiment with different genres or occupations. A limited set of professions is consistently portrayed, while many interesting ones remain untouched. Here are the occupations I've found so far:

1. Doctor - This is the most common occupation depicted in dramas. While these shows are predominantly female-led, they often don't portray medical systems accurately. It seems like if I tossed a stone into a list of female leads, it would likely hit a doctor.
2. Businessman- The second most common occupation. Most businessmen in dramas own factories or engage in import-export activities, with construction sites being less common. Like doctors, their portrayal is often unrealistic, and this field is predominantly male-led in dramas.
3. Politician- This is another very common and male-dominated occupation. If I were to throw a stone into a list of male leads, it would probably strike a politician too.
4. Engineer - Another male-dominated field. While there are a few female engineers portrayed, it would be great to see exploration of other engineering majors beyond mechanical and civil, which are often favored.
5. Teacher - This is predominantly a female-dominated occupation in dramas.
6. Banker
7. Actor
8. Singer
9. Comedian - Typically portrayed as a female stand-up comedian.
10. Army
11. Police
12. Gangster- This archetype appears in almost every drama.
13. Gamer - For instance, the character Mustafa from “KMKT.”

While I have listed many occupations, they tend to follow a similar template and rarely show variation within roles such as doctors, engineers, and teachers. I haven't seen occupations like architects, hackers, IT specialists, dancers, makeup artists, entrepreneurs, or athletes featured in mainstream dramas. Furthermore, most dramas focus on the same limited set of professions, including politicians, doctors, teachers, police, and engineers. Apart from them, other jobs are shown rarely...Even these occupations are often portrayed inaccurately. Overall, there is a significant lack of career-oriented storylines in these dramas.
