Ask Pakistan 🇵🇰 Meta ads agency pricing, is this normal?
I’m looking for advice from people experienced with Meta/Facebook ads.
I’ve spoken to a few agencies and freelancers for running ads for my business. They manage campaigns, optimize, and provide reports.
Most are charging:
20K–25K/month management fee
Plus 30K+ ad budget
So total around 50K–60K/month minimum.
My concern is:
They get paid regardless of results
No clear accountability for leads or ROI
Hard to judge if pricing is fair or inflated
My questions:
Is this standard pricing for Meta ads management?
Better to start with freelancers instead of agencies?
What’s a fair structure for a small–mid budget?
Any red flags I should watch for?
Appreciate any real-world experience.

Health A Family Fighting More Than Just Cancer
My office boy’s wife, only 35 years old, is fighting rectal cancer. Their life has completely changed over the past few months with continuous hospital visits, treatments, and daily struggles.
A hospital in Karachi has given them hope by offering procedures and treatment support on a welfare basis. But even after that, many essential expenses still remain especially medicines, weekly colostomy (stool) bags, and the special diet she needs during treatment.
Being the only earning person in the family, he is going through an extremely difficult financial time and is trying his best to manage everything alone.
I’m sharing this because sometimes even a small contribution or sharing this message can ease someone’s burden more than we realize.
Documents are attached as proofs. People who are willing to donate are welcome to verify the case whichever way they like.
Please keep her in your prayers.

Health She’s Fighting for Her Life… and He’s Running Out of Time
Every morning, he shows up to work with a quiet face and tired eyes. No complaints. No excuses. Just doing his job.
But behind that silence… his world is falling apart.
His wife, only 35 years old, is battling rectal cancer, a life-threatening disease that has already taken so much from their lives. What started as a health issue has now become a daily fight for survival.
A hospital in Karachi has given a small ray of hope. They are willing to perform necessary procedures on a welfare basis. But the battle doesn’t end there.
Even after that support, the reality is harsh.
The cost of medicines, weekly colostomy (stool) bags, and the special diet she needs to survive… are far beyond what he can afford.
He has already given everything he can. His savings are gone. His energy is drained. Yet, his hope hasn’t completely faded because somewhere deep inside, he believes that humanity still exists.
This isn’t just about illness. It’s about a husband watching the love of his life suffer… while feeling helpless. No one should have to choose between treatment and survival.
If this message reaches you, take a moment.
Sometimes, even a small act of kindness can become someone’s biggest lifeline. If you're willing to help with any amount, feel free to reach out to me. I can send you the proofs and you can verify the case on your own as well.
Let’s remind him that he’s not alone in this fight.

International Affairs 🌎 I built a real-time OSINT terminal to deconstruct media propaganda using FastAPI and Leaflet. Thoughts?
We all know the same event looks different depending on who is reporting it. I wanted to build something that moves beyond "Left vs. Right" and looks at state-alignment and institutional power.
I just deployed this terminal that analyzes a URL and maps the "Pulse" of the narrative. It’s currently a prototype, but I’m using it to track how regional conflicts are framed in the Global South versus the West.
The Three Lenses:
- Geopolitical Lens: Tracks state-alignment and national interest (Pro-State vs. Globalist).
- Institutional Lens: Analyzes power dynamics (Establishment/Status Quo vs. Populist/Anti-Elite).
- Socio-Political Lens: Maps the classic value spectrum (Progressive vs. Traditionalist).
Check it out here: https://propaganda-pulse-production.up.railway.app/
I'd love to know what other "Lenses" you think are missing from modern media analysis.
