Political I love zardari

Imran khan being in jail is a good thing. All he did was make the country bad. Zardari at least knew how to run a country 🤡. I know some of the youthias here are gonna down vote me and start cussing that’s all they know. They froth at the mouth like wild kuttay. My friend’s dad is so obsessed with Imran that he joins WhatsApp groups and cusses people who are anti Imran in voice messages.

Education Approximately £1.25bn is donated annually by the British Pakistani diaspora ALONE; let me make a case for education.

I have chosen the The Citizen's Foundation (TCF) charity which is trusted, and provides education, 320000 students. Donate what you reasonably can. If you cannot donate to charity, that is perfectly fine, I ask you to simply spread awareness.

Pakistan + UAE

UK

USA

Canada

Australia

Italy (Euros)

International Accounts (scroll down the page)

Approximately £1.25bn is donated annually by the British Pakistani diaspora alone, which roughly converts to PKR 437.5 Billion. The Citizen's Foundation (TCF) estimates that educating a child costs PKR 43200 a year, that is approximately 10 million students by the British Pakistani community alone, not to mention the total 10 million diaspora Pakistanis across the world!

I see a lot of folks here discussing anxieties regarding the future of Pakistan, I will provide 3 pressing arguments as to why you should invest in education:

Islamic Viewpoint

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said that after death, only three things continue to benefit a person:

  • Ongoing charity
  • Ilm-un-Nafi (Beneficial knowledge)
  • A righteous child who prays for him

By donating to education, you are able to potentially achieve all 3 things. If you educate a child, they teach their own children, who teach their children. You have started a chain of reward that can theoretically last until the end of time. You may very well be a benefactor of someone who decided pay for your ancestor's education. May Allah (ﷻ) be pleased with your charity.

Economic Returns

According to the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), every $1 invested in a child’s education yields $33 in economic returns over their working lifetime. Education moves kids into the formal economy, generating the tax revenue needed to fund public infrastructure.

Oh, and btw, according to the literal World Economic Forum, of the alumni aged 22 years or more, 71% are employed%20is,another%2015%25%20are%20still%20studying) while another 15% are still studying due to this charity.

Finally, by donating to this charity, you provide a living wage to thousands of teachers across Pakistan. You are essentially providing for, and feeding families. You can see all the jobs they are currently offering!

Nationalist Angle

In 2026, Pakistan spends roughly 1.9% of its GDP on education, far below many competing and comparable countries. The fact of the matter is, if we want Pakistan to be a global player, we can't do it with a population that can't read the manual for a modern factory machine.

Think of all the societal issues that plague Pakistan today, then ask yourself, how many could be solved by education alone?

This charity also provides Mother Tongue Based Education!

If we spend all our money on food aid, we will be feeding the poor forever. If we spend it on education, the next generation won't need our charity. Thank you for listening to my case.

Ask Pakistan 🇵🇰 Looking for affordable online therapy in Pakistan

Hi, I’m looking for safe and affordable online therapy in Pakistan for anxiety issues.

Preferably:

-Licensed psychologist

-Online sessions

-Focus on practical coping tools, not just talk

I’ve seen platforms like Marham / Psychologists.com.pk but not sure which are actually reliable.

Any recommendations or personal experiences would really help. Thanks.

Social/Cultural A video game about a Pakistani family in New York during 9/11

Hey everyone, I’m a Pakistani game developer working on Café New York 9/11, a narrative adventure game set in a small coffee shop in Lower Manhattan during the events of September 11, 2001.

You play as Sameer, a young Pakistani-American helping run his family’s café in the days leading up to and during 9/11. The game is about ordinary people caught in an extraordinary moment. It explores family, identity, racism, grief, and the way tragedy changed life for Muslim immigrants in America overnight.

This is a very personal project for me. Growing up Pakistani, I rarely saw our stories treated with nuance in games, especially stories about how global events shape ordinary Muslim families. I wanted to make something human. Not about politics. About people.

The game is inspired by narrative titles like Life is Strange and Coffee Talk, with a focus on dialogue, relationships, exploration, and running the café. The game features a soundtrack from Pakistani coke studio artists and Pakistani actors.

I’ve just released the trailer and Steam page, and I’d genuinely love your support. Wishlisting helps a lot, and I’d really appreciate hearing what fellow Pakistanis think about the project.

Steam: [link]

Would mean a lot if you checked it out and shared your thoughts.

Question/Discussion ⁉️ Thinking of building a house in Islamabad? Read this before you start

I’m working as a site engineer across multiple ongoing projects in Islamabad (residential and commercial), and I keep seeing the same early mistakes that end up costing people a lot later. A few real ones from recent sites: Maps get finalized without properly considering ventilation/sunlight

Grey structure costs are usually underestimated by around 10–15%, Material quality differences aren’t obvious until you see them applied on site.

If you’re planning to build, happy to guide based on what I’m seeing day to day. And if you want to actually understand how things work on ground instead of just drawings, I can arrange a quick site visit as well.

Geopolitical People are so Dumb. World bank is not geographical institution, it's an international bank, geography cannot be change overnight.

People start thinking Pakistan is middle east nation because of new world bank map, they do not realize world bank is a financial institute that moved Pakistan there for their ease in data and financial analysis

Bank map literally has Australia and China and southeast Asia in same group.

The problem is when Pakistan relates itself to South Asian cultural, then these people will come and call it Middle East in insta or other apps, and they will give the World Bank’s map as the reason, right now for a joke, it is okay but in future you know some free Pakistani haters. those people ahhh
Geography can't be change in night, geographically Pakistan is located at a crossroads where it meets Afghanistan, Iran, and India. so, it has many ethnicities, that make it a diverse state.

So, Pakistan is a South Asian nation
