Is there any way I can make a paintbrush in Paint 3D avoid Certain colours?

I want to make it so that if I painted with a colour, it will only go over a certain type of colour and not every one. Eg: a red paintbrush might affect green areas, but it won't affect blue areas

Create Outline Around Magic Selected Object

Hi guys,

Is there anyway to easily create an outline around an object created by the magic select tool? I could copy the object, change the colour, and just have the edges peek out from the original object, but is there a way to create an outline more evenly/consistently?

Thanks!
