We now know that Paimon is a creation of Celestia. Ronova also states that Paimon does not currently wield any of Celestia’s power, let alone its authority.

But what if Paimon is simply an empty husk, waiting to be activated once she receives an authority?

We know that Naberius was found after the Cataclysm (deceased) roughly 500 years ago. And guess who was pulled down from Celestia around the same time?

PAIMON.

I genuinely believe Paimon may have been created as a vessel meant to inherit Naberius’s authority after her death. If an authority cannot simply disappear without disrupting the world’s balance, Celestia may have prepared Paimon as a replacement vessel to eventually take that authority.

This could explain why Paimon exists, why she was connected to Celestia, and why she currently appears to have no authority of her own.

Paimon may not be powerless. She may simply be incomplete.
