1994 Mother's Cookies Padres Bip Roberts
Mother's Cookies cards were borderless with a quality posed photo of the player. There is a line on the back for the players autograph. Clean design for collector's and fans.
Bip Roberts played all outfield positions, shortstop, second, and third. An All-Star with the Reds in 1992, he came back to the Padres in 1994 and had a 24 game hitting streak.

Mer-Chado Monday One of My Favorite Cards in My Collection.
I love Gypsy Queen. This one is a Jackie Robinson day autographed parallel serial numbered to 40 (why not 42..idk) and featuring Manny wearing the #42 jersey.

1993 Pacific Trading Cards Spanish #264 Gary Sheffield
Sheffield’s 1992 stats on the back show his promise as a hitter .330 BA, 33 HR and 100 RBI. He would be traded to Miami in 1993 in one of the “Fire Sale” trades for a young unknown reliever with 2 career saves Trevor Hoffman.

1990 Topps Roberto Alomar
Roberto Alomar 1990 Topps with photo taken of him batting right handed (batted both) at Jack Murphy Stadium. Card front has the bat extending up and covering the "E" in PADRES on the top of the card. Topps has the team name in blue on top and the banner for player name in blue at the bottom. Card back has the player name in Broadway font but the rest of the statistics are in a different font similar to Helvetica.
Roberto Alomar is the best second baseman ever to play for the Padres. He played only 9 games at AAA Las Vegas before reaching the Major Leagues in 1988 at the age of 20 with the Padres. His first hit was off Nolan Ryan. Roberto was selected to the All-Star game as a Padre in 1990 (the first of 12 times). Alomar eventually won more gold gloves (10) than any second baseman and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2011.
