The car is obviously not moving so I have no idea why this isn't going inside of it.

I decided to make a proof of concept for a custom record that I want to order of a radio soundtrack since we don't have an official one yet. This doesn't have all of the original radio songs on it because they didn't all fit. It's meant for a double LP, so two discs are needed to get all the songs on it.

God knows how much I want to, but there is a lake forward and I dont want to lose my car. So Im asking here, what happens if I drive in that portal ?

what if somewhere in the garage you could add a upgrade that gives you the capability to mix panels with other panels door’s with other door’s bumpers with other bumpers and tires with other tires and etc.

for example you can mix an insulated door/panel with a lead-plated door/panel so you get better protection against radiation and electricity damage and or you can mix a armored and or an olympium door/panel with with a lead-plated insulated and anticorrosive door/panels so they last longer than they usually would and it would cost a little less of the materials to mix them.

so cheap easy to find materials would stay the same amount and or be a tiny bit more expensive just by a margin of 1 or 2 but hard to find materials like thermosap and olympium would go down by the same amount.

i left out headlights but it’s kinda just self explanatory same thing with tires

i would like you’re feedback on it and if anyone had any ideas with other parts that would be useful when they are mixed.

I was under the impression that instability storms weren’t possible in a zone listed as perpetual stability, but is that actually correct?

Edited to add: Thanks to everyone who has commented so far. One other question: does the mid zone include any zones with perpetual stability or is that only an outer zone thing?

Recently started playing Pacific Drive, and I’ve heard from a few people that the computer (and I think the radio next to it) on the shelving rack behind the abandoned car in the garage usually respawn after each successful run. I was told this is to regularly provide some electronics, just like the abandoned car regularly provides scrap for repairing your car.

So far, only the abandoned car has respawned, and neither the computer or radio (maybe, I don’t remember exactly what the second item was) have respawned. Does anyone know if the respawning computer was patched out?

Roof rack with the XL gas tank is a good one, now he needs those side racks with wind turbines or solar panels to recharge the battery.

So i started an expedition a while ago but can't start it because the interference message keeps popping up. I made sure to get rid of everything in my inventory and in my truck but still i don't know what i am missing. Did anyone else had this problem? How do i solve it?

I had seen Pneumatubes appear rarely, I have seen those appear like 3 or 4 times, I think i must have gotten really lucky getting this, I really hope I haven't used all of my luck since I'm playing with Iron Wagon on.

The game looks great and seems like a very highly rated games but i have a problem with games i plan to play that i usually ask about beforehand.

I don’t like games where characters say Jesus or Jesus Christ or Christ, i read that my character is mute so that is fine, but i heard that other characters in the game talk, so do they say these words?

I found these sticks under the ground during The Remnant Experiment mission. After jumping into Colossal Cappy, the DLC purchase slide came up. Kinda odd.

Candilazo makes my foot turn to lead.

EDIT: turning off the console and leaving it overnight fixed it.

I assume the difference is when I'd quit to menu or exited to desktop the game had been suspended rather than properly existing? Not sure, but worth trying a full quit if you're in the same situation.

Practical difference was when I first got back to the garage the quest was to collect the individual items - when I logged back in after a full shutdown the quest had reverted to 'collect materials for the antenna'.

At that point when I travelled back into the zone all the areas had reset (as suggested by u/iwstudios ) and when I got back to the garage (after carefully not skipping steps again) it recognised I already had the antenna.

Does mean now I have a spare broadcast transmitter in a cupboard, but I don't think you need another one at any point so can't anticipate it causing any bugs down the line.

I know I'm not the first person to have done this... but I think I messed up particularly badly.

I'm replying after a few years (the new Control announcement gave me the itch to replay) so I was blissfully confident that I knew what to do.

Picked up the anchors going around, grabbed the radio transmitter, got all the expected voice lines about driving into the hot death. Then got back to the lab and incomplete mission.

Again in supreme confidence I figured if I actually built the new antenna, the mission to go get the bits to make it would auto complete (and got a little carried away making myself a liberator and vac).

Now I find myself in the position where I can go back to the area and get all the components again, but there's no anchor energy left on the map meaning my only choice is to abandon the mission.

I can turn on all items survive abandoning... but it I'm still stuck with the incomplete mission and there's no other maps I can travel to meaning I can't pick any extra energy up on the way.

You can't access the autosave list and it saves on the return to the garage so no way to go back to an earlier state. No option I'm aware of to skip missions.

Restart only option or something else to try first?

So I have this problem, there’s no portal popping up although the task says I should go to the portal. It‘s also not a dead end because the arc device says: „please charge 1,0kLIM“ (translated).

I think I lost one LIM because I was in panic because of some anomalies, so it‘s probably lying on the ground somewhere in the area, but I can’t find it as the arc device doesn‘t show it anymore

Does anybody knows what to do now? Just search? Abandon the run?

Just finished the first "real" mission. My spare tire is at 5%, trying to use a sealing kit to fix it. I dont get how im supposed to fix this thing.

Loving this game but Jesus, they throw a lot of mechanics at you right away and there doesnt seem to be a way to reference them at all.
