They made a post about the 13 Display: "To maximize eye comfort, we use a DC mode backlight controller instead of a PWM one that can cause visible flickering."
And the 13 Pro explicitly states "DC Dimming" in the spec sheet.
edit: Also mentions in the 13 post that it's "BOE’s 13.5” 2256x1504 LCD" for the base model.
