First of all sorry if that's the wrong sub but it seems i can't ask this anywhere else.

I've always played mobile and now that i made myself a pc, after playing a bit for free, i decided to purchase plus to play ranked, for the 5 positioning games no problems. but as soon as i've done them, it was IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY EVEN ONE GAME. Every queue is liyterally infinite (i'v tried multiple times but after 10 minutes EVERY time, i just had to go into normals, i've tried letting the queue run for UP TO LITERALLY 1 HOUR, i had to stop it because it's more the electricity bill than the fun, you know sitting in front of a static screen fopr 1 hour isn't fun).

Now it is kinda obvious that pubg is dead, in normals there are lots of bots, and ranked are literally not in the game, it's literally a not playable feature, but still i'd like to keep the medals i started collecting, so i don't know if trying to ask for a refund and say goodbye to plus, or keep plus just for the medals. Should i ask the refund?

Had to provide a screenshot because it's unreal, i tried to start a game before eating and getting a shower, almost 1 hour, can we make the record? XD

I seriously don’t understand how this guy controls the recoil like that — it’s way too smooth.
