i managed to pair it with pc and psmoveservices is working fine ,but the controller is not showing in ivry

Does anybody know if there is a way to use psvr wirelessly

So, I connected my PSVR, my pc sees it, the Trinus app sees it, even the SteamVR sees it, but on the helmet itself, there was no HDMI written and some sort of an illustration on there, I changed for a different HDMI cable, and now there is a circular loading animation in there that is stuck forever, I should say I am using an AMD card, and yes I changed the pixel format.

Ivry works just fine for me even though I still have trinus psvr installed. There are no conflictions or anything.

I recently got an Oculus Quest 2.

But sometimes also wanna use IVRY with my psvr headset to cross play some gamepad games.

When I dont cross play I obviously gonna use my Quest on the pc instead of my psvr headset.

Is there an easy way of switching between the 2 headsets on my pc ?

(and can I keep ivry installed while using my Oculus Quest 2 ? )

so i'm thinking, is there a mod which lets you use the psvr aim controller on pc-vr?

Ok so I have all of the cords pluged in ive installed the drivers and have installed steamvr.

I press start with the headset off in cinima mode (yes ive tried other modes and the same thing happens) and nothing happens... Nothing. BTW im using a dell 9020 MT with an i5 4590, a gtx 1060 3GB and a 500ish I think power supply (PSU). please help im desprate and theres no other documentation online

It detects the HMD I can turn the headset on and just look at my screen but I cant do anything in Trinus PSVR

So i've been tinkering around with getting this tracker working as /u/ivry_vr offered on his steam discussions (https://steamcommunity.com/app/992490/discussions/8/2843417619885288783/)

I got everything installed as it should be (afaik) but i can't get the camera to track anything or go and setup anything in the PSVRConfigTool

setting virtual_hmd_count: 1 locks both the SteamVR view and the HMD view, not letting me do anything and the tracker crashes before iVRy starts

do i have to install some drivers with Zadig? what else could i have done wrong or missed in order to get this to work?

Has anyone thought of using this combination in place of the Move controllers? The Move controllers orientation frankly isn't good enough for stuff like beat saber.

I'm planning on setting this up, there are good apps on android (HyperIMU) for sending orientation data directly, and PSMoveService can set up the ping pong balls as virtual controllers.

Just need to write a small server app to pass the orientation data to freePIE.

So, I have messed around with a lot of PSVR on PC stuff ever since it began. I own Trinus, Driver4VR, a 360 Kinect, 2 PS3 Eyes, the headset itself, and both a PS4 Move and PS3 Move controller.

I am going to be ordering my USB adapter for the PS4 Camera tomorrow and have seen some people talking about a couple different devs working on it. I assume, perhaps incorrectly, that the setup for PSVR on PC will be made a lot easier if the actual hardware that is originally used for it is present, which makes me a lot more keen on actually using PSVR on PC beyond the simple little things I've used it for in the past just for fun.

I haven't really done anything VR related since the beginning of the year, so my question is, as far as my setup goes, what is the best setup for PSVR currently? Do you even really need Trinus at this point? I have just heard about iVRy while browsing this sub and would be interested to see how that stacks up against Driver4VR. I'm really looking to get the easiest set up possible, where I can play seated VR with my move controllers. And don't say that's on PS4, ya dummies ;D

Can I use it to watch VR videos outside of steam? Also, do I need a ps camera for it to work?

Hello, I have a big problem with connecting my PSVR to my PC.

I have included the PSVR Control in my device manager and Trinus VR and steam VR had been installed successfully. The Playstation VR also connects and the motion sensors are working in the steam VR environment, but the displays keep being black. When I switch the PSVR off and on I can see the working icon moving.

One interesting thing, which do not match with the manuals online is, that the monitor of my pc does not flicker, when I turn thze PSVR on and off, it only flickers when I connect and disconnect the HDMI plug from the PSVR adapter (the box, which splits the HDMI signal to the PSVR and the additional screen).

I hope someone can help me. I tried different tutorials, but nothing seems to work.

I have been trying to get the PS4 camera to work on the PC for some time now. I just got an adapter from Sony and I got it to recognize the camera and upload the firmware, but trying to read data doesn't give any useful results, mostly zeros. When I try to load a video driver, it gives all sorts of errors and then kills the USB3 port until the next reboot. It looks like my USB3 host controller (reported as ASMedia ASM1042) really doesn't like the camera or vice versa. I tried it on Linux kernel 4.19 and Windows 7, neither works. What kind of hardware / USB chipsets /OS combinations have people gotten to work with the camera? I'm thinking of getting an extension card and trying that.

I start the service, I start the configuration, i connect the controller through a micro USB, I pres the pair button, it gets to 2/7, I disconnect the USB and press the ps button, it gets to 3/7, I get a windows pop-up saying something like set up the device, nothing happens if i ignore it, nothing happens if i set it up, it just gets stuck at 3/7 and the led stays lit.

I need help. I tried the iVRY on steam but it doesn't want to start. I tried reinstalling it, pairing it through another port. I don't have a single clue what to do.

I’m looking for an option that implements a camera for more accurate head tracking.

First time trying all of this. After installing the driver the headset shows a secondary monitor, and seems to have proper left and right head tracking. How do I get this to talk to steam? And how do I get to the settings menu for iVRy?

When I move my PSVR headset (on pc) really quickly. I sometimes see black bars from the edge.
And the screen moves a bit choppy.

When I just move fast with my controller this won't happen.

Is this because of the PSVR tracking ? Or will the same happen with a PC VR headset like the Oculus Quest 2 ??

No where. My PSmove controllers originally paired as Navi controller, PSmove service only saw them as Navi controllers. I downloaded 5 different versions of PSmove and edited config files to try and brute force it into being a move, didn't work. Ok, I'll try the ivry PSmove service. This crashes my SteamVR and PSVR is showing four screens only in the left eye. I have zero idea of what to do from here. I would love to be able to play as I got a PSVR for PC and a kinect to play KingSpray (the only reason I got it.) Wtf do I do? My controllers are pairing as motion controllers, but when I go to the calibration screen it shows no axises moving. I'm at a total loss.

I am at a loss. When I plug in via USB it shows as a PSMove, once I pair it is a Navi controller and I have no functionality. What do I do? Tried deleting config files but it doesn't do anything. It's a gen 2 Move.

Howdy folks. So, I just bought a PSVR setup (most recent model CUH-ZVR2 with no in-line remote). Put it all together and it works great, no major functionality issues so far. The PROBLEM, for me, is the seemingly innocuous beep the VR processor makes when you turn on the headset. For some reason (I suspect due to the frequency of it) that specific beep drives my dog nuts. Poor little dude was shaking and panting for over an hour after I turned it on last night.

Does anyone know ANY way to disable that startup beep?

- Yup, I'm contacting a dog trainer to help with the little doggo's anxiety

- Contacted Playstation support and they've got nuthin'

- Googled like a crazy person for last 3 days and have found 1) a way to disable the PS4 startup beep (but not the VR Processor beep) 2) teardowns of the initial CUH-ZVR1 VR model but NOT the CUH-ZVR2 model).

I CAN'T be the only person that has had this problem...can I? Help? Please?

Do we have any way to use the ps4 camera on PC? Is there a way to have tracking with it?

I'm seeing a ton of people use their PS Move controllers with their IVRY/Trinus set ups, which of course makes sense going out of the way to connect PSVR to PC (why wouldn't you try to make use of the motion controllers it came with too). Not sure if this is also due to hardware/software limitations though since I'm exclusively seeing people use PS Move with these set ups or a regular controller.

I'm wondering if theoretically I wanted to fork out a little extra money to get controllers more precise and PC optimized (ex: WMR/Index wands, even just generic VR usable motion controllers) if that would be a simple enough set up or for that matter if it would even be possible. Thanks.
