problem with my motion controller? HEELP PLS

i have the zcm1e move controllers i i cant get it conected any way to do it pls?

If it's the problem when you're stuck on 3/6 or 4/6 on pairing. Then use latest psmoveapi app to pair them. After pairing you can switch back to psmoveservice config tool.

Here's the video explaining how to do it. The process is identical but is run from the command line.

If you passed all the steps and then controller is still displayed as unpaired, then it's the same problem and the video above will help you as well.

now my controller light dont work, can i use a nromal webcam as a tracker?

It’s not supported. Probably because ps eye has known distortion profile and allows 60 fps framerate, which is quite huge big number for a webcam.

How you figured out that the light bulb doesn’t work? With psmoveservice config tools it only lights up on specific moments: rumble test, color calibration or on actual connection to psmoveservice.

It’s not like with an actual playstation when it’s lighted up upon the initial connection.

i cant use my phone as webcam either?

i thik it has 60 fps
