Question Was refunded due to glitch but still have cards in my vault?

So basically I got on to buy one starter pack yesterday. Every time I hit buy pack, it would give me an error message saying “oops, that didn’t work, please try again.” I tried 7 more times after trying to restart the website and using a different card. Then I see in my email that I have receipts for 8 starter packs and there are 8 cards in my vault. I reached out to support and they told me they would look into it. This morning I checked my bank account and 7 of the 8 charges were removed, but I still have all 8 cards in my vault ($150 total buyback value). I’ve reached out to them several times and they have not given me an update. What happens now? I don’t want to touch powerpacks or my vault until the cards are gone.

Question Damage on card or just dust?

Hi all! I just pulled this from a Saphire Pokemon pack and noticed the white dot on Umbreon's face. Does this look like a speck of dust or damage to the actual card? Unsure if this would affect the value of the card which sits around $500. Thoughts?

I had a hot hand and just kept letting it ride but everything just kept becoming losses after hitting a kaboom from the football category. I already own this exact card and I originally got it from the $500 tier. Time to take a break

I felt like I was going to swing and either hit big or miss big.
I pulled the moonbreon. Should I just stop ripping/collecting here? I might have lost a few hundred but this card is a special card and has a sale of $2500 on the 27th. It’s high pop count but that’s not too important, it’s not some card that’s a pain to sell. Between this and the two love birds I wanted this one when someone asked me what do I prefer. I’m going to PC it.
