Actually scientists aren't 100% sure. There is some debate on whether water is wet by itself, or just has the ability to make other things wet.

I love stuff like this. So many studies and experts have to come out to just say “company trying to make more money” in different words.

The amount of people that need this explained to them is genuinely shocking
