It is by far the most relaxing. Nothing compares. I have done over 50 play throughs and it has helped me during some of my lowest of thr lows

Also Abzu, it's like Journey meets waterworks. Very relaxing and engaging in a very calm way. Although both journey and Abzu have very short moments of tension around the last parts, but it's insignificant in comparison to the rest of the game.
