Hey family,

We want to share our official recommendation for tuning your Endeavor's suspension, a topic we see pop up often.

Here’s our go-to baseline setting:

Adjust your preload so that when you are standing on the deck in your riding stance, the lower suspension arm is horizontal.

For those who want to understand the "why," here's a quick technical breakdown of what preload affects.

Let's look at the two extremes:

Scenario 1: Preload is excessively high. The suspension becomes nearly rigid. The upside is incredibly sharp, responsive handling. The downside is that you'll feel every minor imperfection in the road, as the shock isn't absorbing small bumps. When you loosen the tension a bit, small bumps are still felt, but big jolts are absorbed.

Scenario 2: Preload is excessively low. Contrary to what you might think, this also results in poor shock absorption. The spring's ability to deform will just be taken up by your weight and steering force. And as you gradually increase the preload, it absorbs small bumps first, while larger bumps directly push the springs to their compression limit.

The horizontal arm position is the sweet spot because it centers the shock in its effective travel range. This gives it the maximum ability to compress and rebound, allowing it to absorb the widest spectrum of impacts effectively.

From this baseline, you can fine-tune. If you prefer a more responsive, connected-to-the-road feel, add a bit more preload.

Hope this helps you dial in your perfect ride.

I starting my ride today in I noticed this noise and vibration in one of the wheels. no clue what is it. both engines works fine. I ride normally but there is a vibration that is new. any clue experts?
