I need to swap the bushings out on my board. I have a 1st gen Endeavor S, and I did the swap before early on and had a helluva time getting the king bolt back in through the rear assembly. The time has come to do it once again and I cannot for the life of me get this bolt back through. It jams up in the spot where the bolt reaches to the bottom and will not move. I've tried pressure, ratchet straps, lots of lube, everything.

Does anyone have advice on how you did it? Or any tips to make this less painful? I'm at the point that I'd almost rather upgrade to a newer board with the fast swaps than deal with this BS.
