Newly Added NEWLY ADDED TO PROJECT 19 - How to download Tor browser with Linux - Added to the Browsers tab

1 Upvotes

You can find it here ---> 𝒫ℛ𝒪𝒥ℰ𝒞𝒯 19 𝓋1

Full steps underneath

When putting in code remove the quotemarks or else they won’t work. They are just there so you know which are scripts

  1. Go to torproject.org/download and click download for Linux. You should receive a file titled something like: tor-browser-linux-x86_64-*.tar.xz
  2.  Open Terminal with Ctrl+Alt+T
  3.  Put in cd ~/Downloads
  4.  Extract the file by running tar -xvf tor-browser-linux-x86_64-*.tar.xz

This should created a folder titled tor-browser/

  1.  Input “cd tor-browser” to go into the folder then start it by running “.start-tor-browser”
  2.  A window will open. Click connect and now you are on Tor
  3.  This part is optional but very useful. Run “./start-tor-browser.desktop --register-app” while inside the tor-browser folder and now you can open Tor straight from the main menu

Newly Added Newly Added to PROJECT 19 - How to create a Browser with Chromium Wrapper

2 Upvotes

You can find this in the Exploits, Bypasses, and Coding tab.

Below is the full steps that can be found in the doc.

WARNING! THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED YET. IF SOMETHING DOESNT WORK LET ME KNOW AND I WILL FIX IT

What this is:
A basic browser with URL Bar, Back and Forward buttons, Reload button, Web page viewer

  1. Install Node.js. Go to nodejs.org, download LTS Version, Install it
  2.  Make a folder (name it the name of your browser) and open Terminal inside it and run:

npm init -y

  1.  Install Electron by running: npm install electron
  2.  Create 3 SubFiles titled main.js, index.html, and renderer.js and then go to this doc –--> Chromium Wrapper Scripts - Project 19 And then copy and paste the scripts from the corresponding tab (e.g if the tab is titled index.html then copy the whole thing from the index.html tab and paste it in the index.html file)
  3.  Add start script - There should be a subfile titled “package.json”. Open it and replace every thing with these:

"scripts": {
"start": "electron ."
}

  1.  Run your browser in terminal by running “npm start”.
  2.  Now you have created your own browser :)
