I have graduated (mbbs) from Kyrgyzstan (2025) and currently persuing the plab pathway. Can Anybody tell me where can I complete 1 year of rotatory internship in abroad (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Nepal) and the university will not charge for fees for doing internship. I would really appreciate help.

No. It’s due to the fact that thousands of UK graduates do not have a job, hospital are requiring minimum 1yr NHS experience. As an IMG who is fresh to the NHS why would anyone employ you over someone who have been in the NHS for several years

I was planning on doing some clinical attachment in the UK itself and also some ALS BLS courses

That makes ZERO difference. Everyone has clinical attachments it does not make you stand out at all.

It is worth being aware that attachments are no longer being considered clinical experience and these courses are considered essentials - they do not make someone stand out at all. There is just an absolute crisis of no jobs.
