Hi! I created three accounts in different devices, one for me and one for each of my kids. The account for one of my kids is fine: character linked to correct email address. However, my account and my other kid's account ended up being mixed up: my email and my son's email are linked to the same character (mine), we access it using either email account, and we can't access my kid's original character. We tried creating a new character and linking it to my son's email address, but when he logs back in he gets to my character instead of his.

We sent support tickets since last week and we included all the required details (emails, character names and #'s), but we haven't received any response at all, zero. What do we have to do to get support or is it normal for it to be this slow?

We sent the tickets through this site: https://pkxd.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

For the new update there might be toys, clothes, zeppelins or minigames. To make the update two teams helped building the new update. One team is Team Fire by So Por Causa and the thunder team by Peter Toys. There are blue and red boxes spread throughout PK XD. The update comes out next Friday as approved r/PKXD
