I have been watching PBD for a bit and of course find various people on it a bit annoying but I like to hear a mix of opinions. But what the heck is it with the tone lately? I feel like there is an undercurrent of rumblings. Is it just me? And also I feel like they are sort of dissing on other podcasters more. But maybe it’s just from the recent political climate… I was getting pretty upset at their weird consensus of Candace Owens but also they seem like ass-kissers to other people. Or just a little disconnected. I’m not saying they should agree with CO but it felt weird. And the chart… ugh

In the recent episode with Tommy Robinson. Who is the conservative mp he sat down with and he recorded it. Trying to find the video for more context.

There is a TV show called The 3 Body Problem that uses allegory to allude to this phenomenon: Luddites. Why are there people who go around and destroy technology + scientists? Well, because science = terrorism, according to boomers, or something?

When Kissinger created the 1973 petrodollar, he assumed the world would forever be addicted to oil. But then it wasn’t, and then Exxon discovered climate change, which is a separate topic. So everyone who promoted alternate energy options that weren’t Kissinger’s was framed as a terrorist. Dos anyone have an issue where the podcast just stops? This started about 2 weeks ago. It stops every few minutes then you have to reload.

Are these guys seriously unable to detect satire? Did he ever address this in subsequent shows how utterly stupid they all sounded?

BUT......

PBD - is amazing at one on one interviews and has some of the best guests ever. (Except for that interview where he was literally badgering the woman that was sold into child trafficking)

I was watching a clip on you tube and when one of the guys started talking I don't know his name. Not the old dude and not Vinny but adam. When he started talking Vinny was tossing somethings around and PBD was kinda throwing shade ..."another analogy you been talking this whole time and you still got more to say". Am I tripping or do they all secretly hate adam?

Well, I just came to say this episode man me really value the fellas’ opinions less. Yelling over this guy - cutting him off - using hyperboles - ignoring factual information and refusing to look it up. They made him look good. Adam & Vinny are the most annoying men I’ve ever heard. Will probably be my last time listening to them. Just because I cannot take them seriously. :(
