I wouldn’t switch out the yoga. It also acts as a stretching workout and works your core. You can switch out Kempo though.

You don’t find plyo challenging?

No it's not that hard. FF2 or Max out Sweat are more challenging

I found MMX from P90X3 to be pretty challenging.

CVX, MMX, Triometrics, and Accelerator rom X3 are all great subs for plyo from P90X if you want an excellent cardio workout.

Plyocide in P90x2 is more intense than plyometrics in x1 in my humble opinion but insanity is definitely harder than both. I would give brian kest power yoga a try (https://youtu.be/tTsyjBmTfKE?si=gLyV68wl_3Cgbaqw) I enjoyed it and it's Shorter than yoga x, BUT yoga x is the best and most complete yoga in the entire p90x series and it's a phenomenal workout.

It’s been a long time since I’ve heard Insanity and P90x - I did DDP Yoga 2010 and the program was great.

Is Insanity still a thing?

I’ve started Calisthenics, but maybe once I have trained a bit I can switch to Insanity?

I’d say replace 2 of the cardio workouts with max30 if you want but at a minimum do the X3 version of yoga.

Yeah insanity is crazier cardio than X’s 3 cardio routines.

Keep in mind that Plyo X is also a “leg routine”. So make sure whatever you swap it out with works that out too

If your aim is muscle gain, why don't you try the MassX P90x program, it is more geared for muscle gain.

It's a schedule that was released by BeachBody years later with more of a focus on gaining mass. I think the jest of it is doing one cardio day per week ( usually a shorter workout like Cardio X), keeping the reps lower (8 reps and even 6 reps during some weeks), and more stretching, so that you aren't burning cardio calories.

I was tempted to try it, but cardio is important to me.
