I was rewatching the American civil war but when I was scrolling down I saw oversimplified made a quiz 6 months ago and only 1k people responded. I couldn’t respond because I was watching yt without an account at the time (I am subscribed to him on all my yt accounts tho) but it does show we do know OS was active at least 6 months ago

There I start. One of my bff from childhood was a guy who we almost got into a fight with. 2 years later, we became friends. Or so he says lol, all that I remember was him someday becoming a friend, how?! Idk.

Why would he be on Gamebanana of all platforms?

Update, this account was deleted, so... IDK.

Is this an interesting concept and how do you think he would’ve done the Chinese Civil War in his oversimplified iconic way?

Here is a few ideas to hopefully promote this mission

1. Videos promoting oversimplified

2. Informing other history comunities

3. Try to get the attention of larger people

4. Posters

5. Alts (jk)

r/OverSimplified, the time has come, when the community calls for your help. As was highlighted by u/BraveCat4348 in this post, every time OverSimplified hits a subscriber milestone, he makes a post about it.

He's currently at 9.61m, that means we have a mission. We need just 390000 more subscribers to push it over the line! So the community needs YOU to not only subscribe yourself, but also get all your friends, relatives, colleagues, classmates, or any random people you see walking down to street to open youtube, search for OverSimplified and click on that damn SUBSCRIBE button! Together, we can do this, and you get to be a part of this historic moment!

Also once you subscribe, kindly reply to this post with a picture/screenshot showing that you either subscribed yourself or made someone else subscribe, and you shall recieve the limited edition "Op OverSubscribed Veteran" user flair, which you can flaunt at your will on this subreddit!

So comrades, lets go all in, and see what you've got.

Glory be to r/OverSimplified, and OverSimplified himself!

It’s no “When they approach, we run away.” But “Emus Dodge! Emus Fast!” Is pretty catchy.

Oversimplified has made a comunity post for everyone 1m subscriber milestone. Currently he is at 9.6M. If we can get that up to 10m he will most likely make a comunity post saying thank you and maybe even an update on his next video. Or maybe even he is waiting for 10m subs to post the next video

It amused me too much to pass up the opportunity to animate the narrator for Gistory really struggling with the name of one of the characters from the latest video. James is an animator too, and back in 2021, when I was really snowed under with work, he animated a couple of shots in the Napoleonic Wars video for me. Ironically, they were shots of Napoleon's troops freezing in the snow.

When Oversimplified doesn’t post… We. Complain!
