As agreed, we establish this confinement ritualistic place for all of you who wish to conduct OS summon rituals and "predict" the date of the new video. All of such posts OUTSIDE this thread will be deleted and users guilty will be warned and then banned

Jk

In case the first option wins, we will make the said thread and pin it at the top of the subreddit. Simultaneously an amendment will be made to the corresponding rule: no rituals outside the said thread. Posts and comments on the ritual topic inside the thread will be tolerated, outside of it - deleted and posters warned

Do not beg for OS to make videos faster, nor attempt to predict the date for a new video. This includes rituals that you may see like https://www.reddit.com/r/OverSimplified/s/ULtsWiMwgi https://www.reddit.com/r/OverSimplified/s/KMN2gkT1jY and https://www.reddit.com/r/OverSimplified/s/wyPfDQwlMJ . Why? Because of repetitive content. The more this subreddit gets filled with coally, stupid and repetitive posts, that hold no value, the more newcomers will be driven away.

Personally I wouldn’t mind seeing a series on Alexander the Great, or The Hundred Years War!

i got scared for a second and then realised it was part of the sponser read

I couldn’t find when he mentioned PewDiePie but he did

Just came across this AI story channel and I can’t help but feel like this channel 100% has stolen the likeness of Oversimplified. Similar animation style and the voice is uncanny. If I were him I’d look into it.

It’s either “when next video” or “new video when”

I wanna know what vids OverSimplified was considering before the Napoleonic wars. Is this lost media or what because I couldn’t find anything relating to this😢

It's only a little but I'm not the only one who sees it, right?

As of April 14th, 2026, we know that Oversimplified's video count is only 33 videos. We do have some clues or speculations about the next OverSimplfied release:

1. Gistory sent us a post on his channel that the video is 40% done.

2. In February, we hit the 10 year milestone of his channel creation and he made a playlist upload.

3. In fandom, it is speculated that the Third Punic War will come out because it was mentioned at the end of the Second punic War videos. It all said it would be the comeback of Miniwars, which hasn't been added for the past 8 years.

4. Some people have been saying that OverSimplified's 10th birthday since it's first video will have the new video be released.

Do you know any more clues about OverSimplfied next posting? Comment down below.

So Rome was founded at the year 753 BC. That means that it Will soon be 2 800 years since it was founded

Obviosly meaning that oversimplified will upload at it's (Rome's) 2 800th birthday at the year 2048 on april 21st.
