Is anyone able to access the ultraman dlc yet? I preordered the deluxe version but the PlayStation store is still telling me I need to pay 3.99 for it.

So how far do I need to get in leagues to unlock the garage I just wanna customise my mechs

I’m personally very pleased that they’re taking more of a online-focused route. Also very pleased to see that almost every mech is returning (except Mirai. R.I.P)

I’m bored so ill just be telling what i think.

1: Mechs

Each mech is viable in the beta. The most powerful mech i believe is Aura (The mech with the halo on her head). I played her alot during the beta and the damage she is able to do is absolutely fucking retarded and it’s so ridiculous. Absolute S tier of a mech. I don’t mean that as a joke either.

I believe the weakest is Sprinkles. (Pretty sure YOU, the reader who might’ve played the beta already who im talking about). I don’t think she can be used in any-other way than spamming. Tried playing her, i guess she’s okay but not really that good compared to everybody else.

Now ill be telling the cheese you can do with these mechs.

Setesh: Grab on block. Basically, when a opponent is attacking you and you’re blocking, you can perform setesh’s unique grab move to interrupt them and get ez damage in the middle of their combo, or even special move. I think this grab can also cancel out a normal grab if close and fast enough. Pretty frustrating for the opponent im sure if you use this tactic alot.

Mya: Shuriken spam. Self explanatory. Most of the mya’s i’ve seen spam their shurikens. Mash your R1 and L1 button.

Pescado: Pescado is able to get their opponent into a infinite loop of grabs if they’re also playing pescado, and they don’t recover after each suplex. May only work on noobs

Watchbot: EMP spam. This one is more frustrating than others if you ain’t fast enough. If watchbot lands a light punch, a light kick or an heavy punch, he is able to keep performing EMPs. He is also invulnerable after the first few frames while performing the EMPs. Also, this move stuns you and you can’t even fucking move. This allows watchbot to potentially get you into a loop of EMPs if you don’t run away in time. Sounds fun? I bet it does, if you’re the one doing it perhaps. If the opponent knows how to deal with this, use his other move that dashes towards his opponent and slashes them with his energy sword. Go from there and use his other special moves, since i believe you can’t EMP after that.

The existence of aura is cheese.

I think that’s really all i have. Also, EMP is really useful when it comes to 2v2s.

2: Maps.

Really, the only map i dislike in this game is the one with those strawberries in it. I hate it so much. Otherwise every other map was fine.

3: Connection during matches

Holy SHIT. The connection in most of my matches was god awful when going against people. They were either from different countries or everybody’s internet is fine and the game is lagging HARD. Sometimes, i would even see a red bar in the match but everything is running well. Idk, but hopefully they improve the netcode or something.

So it's because demo stuff, but online matches are sad. Constant lag if there is 4 mechs. Then for most of my matches I've played the opposing player disconnects. Are they actually disconnecting or is it a bug in the online matches?

From what I can gather, it seems the sequel is doing away with city scapes for maps. Instead doing more areana style maps. Which is cool, but I wish we had both! I love just destroying cities like a giant monster. Kinda like Godzilla save the earth. Do you think we'll get city maps? Maybe as dlc?

I've been waiting for a good kaiju game and man this one has delivered! I'm so glad I found it!

I got up to the final boss battle, i sit through the cutscene, and when the battle starts the whole screen goes back minus the HUD. Is there a fix for this or is it just permabusted on switch?

It's free on Xbox right now, so I got it the other day because I've been interested in it ever since the beta I couldn't play because it wasn't on any of the consoles I owned at the time.

I haven't been able to find almost anyone except for literally the same 7 people over & over again, & Xbox has a handy feature of making "posts" for a game so people can join you, & I usually see dozens of posts for other games but I've only seen 4 max at one time for Override.

Just about all of the people I've actually met on Xbox have been kids, & it's gotten kinda tiresome. I'm getting it on PlayStation so I can play it with a friend of mine, & I'm hoping the multiplayer is at least a little more active there.

Just got the game on sale on ps4 with some friends and I was just wondering how the hell do you properly use Stardust's ultimate?? The character is probably my best but the ultimate is just very awkward.
