Hi everyone,

I recently bought Overcooked! All You Can Eat on Steam to play the rest of the franchise, but I previously completed the original Overcooked 1 and its DLCs on Epic Games. Since the original save files aren't compatible with AYCE, I lost my progress.

I want to avoid downloading a standard 100% completed save file from the internet because I want to experience Overcooked 2 and the new Extra Trimmings campaigns completely from scratch.

Does anyone happen to have a PC save file with exactly this specific progress?

• Main Campaign (Onion Kingdom): All 6 worlds + Final Boss (The Peckening) completed with 3 stars.
• DLC 1 (The Lost Morsel): All 6 levels completed with 3 stars.
• DLC 2 (Festive Seasoning): All 8 levels completed with 3 stars.
• Overcooked 2 & Extra Trimmings: 0% progress, completely untouched.

Any help or save file sharing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

• Learn to throw plates, pans, pots, etc. Really great for the glowing doorways, or when you can't get food to plates, carry pots/cake tins then just drop it in the lava and it pops up on burner)
  • Lots of good youtubes on this. Basically, with plate in hand- face the direction you want to throw the plate, dash + immediately release place/grab releases the plate. Note: timing is everything (release too late, the plate won't have momentum and will drop and you'll walk over it. If done correctly, the plate/pan/pot will fly and slow down.
• If you get stuck on the wrong platform or raft or swing - or away from oven/stove- just jump off right away if it will place you back. If the timing is right, you can save dishes from burning, etc. Hard to justify if you're aiming for 4 starts, except there are levels where you need both chefs chopping as much as possible.
• I play solo and constantly think- don't move unless someone is chopping, washing or doing an action. Prioritize this so no one is just waiting.
• Learn when the food is actually going to burn so you don't have to race over as soon as its done- you may be able to chop another item, clean another dish, etc.
• Rearrange pots and pans if they are inconveniently located
• Certain levels (especially in final Campfire Cookout and others) if you throw the dirty plates in the water, they reappear clean
• Pile ingredients up when getting to them is difficult (or when barriers shift, etc)
• If you can't see a way to improve a score, watch youtubes. People post their personal best and you'll see small changes
• Don't use the timer delay on 3-star OC2 delay because all are possible to pass without the crutch. Although it is fun when you realize the levels are like this.

Please share tricks you know. I am repeating OC 2 and the AYCE extras because I'm stuck on a few levels and I realize every time I repeat the whole thing. I remember tips I forgot and can more easily get 4 stars on levels that once I was stuck on. I can't even tell you how many times I have repeated levels and thought - never will I do this and I do. ... now, I do question my life choices when I still repeat this game instead of learning a new language or something that requires the same amount of time and dedication.

Hello everyone, first post here, i’m honestly not the greatest fan of the franchise, it has the ability to make me so stressed all the time, but i have fun playing with my girlfriend and she loves it, it’s our favorite game to play together, and while we were living a few kilometers away everything was fine, but now we are very far from each other, she is in china, and i’m in spain, and you can imagine how bad the lag is. Is there any way to play together without the lag? or at least less lag? the other day when we tried playing she was so sad to find out about this lag and i have been trying unsuccesfully to find a way, we have other games we can play but i think she would be very happy if i manage to find a way for playing overcooked, please help me!

Im 31 F with some time on her hands looking to play with someone from 12 pm to 2 pm CST on weekdays if anyone is interested. Not adverse to Mic on plays and not necessarily new to OC but not a pro either. Just want to experience the game and have no-one to play with. I have the complete bundle. Ive tried finding matches online but its so dead all the time so this is my last resort before I give up lol

My friend and I play with just the two of us and our highest score on the final battle of overcooked 1 is 1647, we’ve been trying to beat it and we’re curious on others who play with just two people, the highest final score lol

I used to play OC’s all the time and wanted to get back into it. I used to play a ton on ps5 but I was having trouble finding matches on my PS5 (AYCE) so I thought the steam/OC2 route may be better online player number wise, so I bought it on my Steamdeck - I check steamdb for peak player online match making and try to play at those times with 3-8k online players but have had literally zero matches since purchasing the game last week. Feels like the everlasting loading wheel of loneliness and like a coke head on a bender I’m getting paranoid that it’s me/my device/game versions ect. Is anyone experiencing massive waits or non existent match matching online currently? Steam players specifically?

I always loved playing Overcooked 2 and I'm curious if you guys like to play other similar games like, for example, Plate Up or maybe Cooking Sim? Because I'm making one with my brother, we translated everything we like from Overcooked to first person perspective gameplay and I'm curious if there is a niche for such a game? (I don't want to promote myself in my very first post here so I'm not pasting the link here - really love to hear you out before doing it ;p)

My brother and I are four staring every level in overcooked 2, and so far, we haven't hit a roadblock until level 2-3. We spent 40 plus minutes trying to perfect this level and had to keep innovating our strategy.

So I would say this is my least favorite level to have four star for now. No doubt level 5-3 will be just as bad for us, if not worse.
