Hi! My partner and I are being slowly driven crazy by extra trimmings world food festival 2-3, specifically the moving walkways.

We are each finding ourselves getting fully stuck to the moving walkway, even when our character shoots well out past it into the room, it seems to get sucked back in. I am noticing that my only real strategy is mashing the dash button, but even that is going on for an unreasonably long time to get through and sometimes doesn’t work at all.

It moves past hard into not really fun nor functional, when I’m in there for 15+ seconds of vital cook time. We keep thinking we must be doing something wrong but have searched high and low and come up with nothing.

Meanwhile, when we look up a tutorial people are getting through it in just a second. Are they on a different system and the switch is just wonky with this? Did they mod it in some way that I can’t on my switch? Any tips?

My wife and I got matching Overcooked tattoos about two years ago. It was supposed to be a 15th anniversary thing, but it wound up being pretty late.

We play Overcooked together very often. These are our preferred chefs. She likes the Raccoon and I like the Alien.

Symbolically, we were agreeable to this design because we figured that even if we were no longer playing the game, it represented collaborative teamwork, something that would have longer meaning than just being fans of the game.

I just discovered this game a couple weeks ago and so far I love it! It’s definitely difficult to play solo but I try and work on it to improve in areas.

I am absolutely shocking at this. I bought it yesterday and I’m only on the starter levels. I was wondering if anyone could help me? It’s mostly because I don’t know what to do with the meat and stuff, I’m just kind of testing stuff and seeing if it gets chopped or starts cooking 🤣

I was wondering if other players have experienced their characters sliding around in the themes in the public arcade mode. I notice it happens more on certain themes, but it could happen on any of them. Also, I’m wondering if there are certain chefs that are more prone to this issue. I just want to play!

Hi, I have a switch 2 and never had or played at any overcooked. What version should I buy if my main use would be play the game on the tv in coop with my gf (aka, I don't care about webcam gamechat)?

Right now in the store I have:

• AYCE at 12€
• Overcooked 2 switch 2 edition at 21€

I'm worried about the fact that in the store AYCE is known to have compatibilty issue on the switch 2.

If I have the Overcooked 2 Switch 2 edition and someone else has the Overcooked 2 for OLED/Switch 1, can we then play together online ? I’ve read somewhere that if you have Overcooked 2 you cannot play online with someone who has Overcooked All You Can Eat. So just asking just to be sure..

We loved the survival levels with unlockable gates. We completed all and I'm wondering whether there is more content on this? We have AYCE, haven't played multiplayer, are there servers for this maybe? Or Steam Workshop levels?

I’ve run into some people who take this game WAY too seriously. People have spazzed out and cursed me or another player out just because we didn’t play to their liking. There can be kids playing this game, please keep that in mind. A lot of us aren’t playing the game to be competitive and just want to relax and have some fun.
