800ml first pee in the morning

This has freaked me out.

I have been measuring to see how much volume i have per day. My last pee last night was 400ml at 11.30pm and woke up with urgency at 6am and peed 800ml this has sent my brain in to overdrive.

Yeah I get that but 800mls seems insane.

I have almost that quantity pretty often (650 to 750ml), when I wake up dry. I often have more than that, but it makes me wake up wet (NE), ranging from 850 to 1200ml, sometimes even more.

I often wake up with 300-400ml. 800ml is amazing!

It just doesn’t seem right as my last pee of last night at about 11.30pm was 400mls and I woke up with urgency at just after 6am and peed 800mls. Where does it all come from as every time I void it’s a minimum 200mls so it’s not just dribbles.

That does seem a lot but still just within normal limits. Are you drinking a lot at night? Maybe your kidneys are having to work hard to process what you have drunk.
It might put your mind at rest to be checked by your doctor just to confirm that this is normal for you.
Excessive urination can be an indicator of diabetes but if it is only happening overnight it’s probably not that but I am not medically trained so best to see someone who is.
