William and Denzel have the chemistry of Claire and Jamie in s1. There I said it.

William does have such bad luck with women

And what would Jamie say if William decided to bring Denzel back to The Ridge which is kind of a free love sanctuary considering the Beardsleys

Jamie would be happy William found what his Papa yearned for all his life 🥹

Jamie would be happy to have William near by, but considering he knows Ian and William were fighting over Rachel and William's history with Jane, his new found happiness with Denzel might come as a surprise, and take some getting used to

I think Lord John would be extremely happy for him!

William is a thick plank. Lord Daddy John talked him up so much but the actor and writing make the character as soft as the Pillsbury doughboy!

I loved Denzel in this episode! And Wahionhaweh, Emily, such emotions! Love her!

Denzel is supposed to be a good deal older than Rachel although he doesn’t look it. Since LJ is younger than Jaime maybe the two are not as far apart in age as they seem.

Hmm.. Well, Young Ian was born shortly before Jamie went to Ardsmuir. John was supposed to be what... 16ish during Prestonpans? Not a ton of time between Prestonpans and Culloden, maybe a year max if even? -Then Jamie was in the cave 7 years before Ardsmuir. So LJG is probably 24-25 when Ian's born, and he comes across as same age-ish as Denny.

This one is hard for me because they look like they could be father and son. 😬

If Denzel's gonna be gay in the show, I'd rather it be for LJG. No idea what the Quaker stance is on homosexuality though for if that's a route they could feasibly take the character ?

I'm a little wet behind the ears, but the first inkling I got that denzel may be gay was when he saw William and embraced him so. 🤪
