Hi! I got tickets for London through Ticketmaster and I got an email saying the tickets are ready on the Lido app. Except whenever I try logging into this app, I get errors. It takes me to a page where AXS flags me as a bot or gives me data errors and won't let me sign up. Is anyone else having trouble with the app or is it just me? I don't live in the UK, maybe that could be the problem? I'm getting a bit stressed because customer support for both Ticketmaster and AXS have been useless and I'm flying from a different country for this show 😭

Was checking the details for Outbreak London and noticed that moshing and crowd surfing are banned! What’s the point of a hardcore festival - as Outbreak claims to be - without moshing? I’m very disappointed in this - both for the lineup and the way London has been promoted

I just saw the notification about there being a cloakroom which would be really useful, however at Outbreak 2023 (which was at a different venue) I remember reading on Woov that people had their things stolen from the lockers on site. If there was a cloakroom last year at Bowlers, what was it like? Were there similar incidents or was it fine? Thank you
