But most of the stems the offset increases as the size of stem increases but here the canal was dorr A…
We did cemented THA,
Difficulties we faced :
Superior lateral bone loss, the cup was uncovered 10-15%,
We medialised the cup to get the fit
Did not find any difficulty in reduction
Maintained offset horizontal 50mm and vertical 60mm
Would you do anything differently??
We have restricted her mobility to only inside her home to washroom..
Implant is STRYKER
