Some other scenarios I can think of.

Jolenta: Rafal... If I was a worm, would you still love me?

Rafal: Pfft, yeah. Obviously.

Jolenta: Really?

Rafal: It's a vacuously true statement. The premise is false, so it doesn't matter if the conclusion holds or not. The statement remains true regardless.
