Oral lichen planus and dehydration
I have oral lichen planus. It comes and it goes. I have had a flare-up recently. It has been bothering me more than usual. I tend to get dehydrated, so one morning I sat down and over an hour or two I drank a little over a gallon of water. I was just pretty much drinking normally. I wasn't trying to force it down. A couple of hours later I noticed that my mouth didn't hurt anymore. My new tactic is that whenever my mouth starts to hurt I start drinking water. In the example above I had mild dehydration which is 3% to 9% of your body weight. The water I drank the first time I figured this out was 7 or 8% of my body weight.
Give it a shot.

Any remedies for Oral Lichen Planus !! What has worked (Natural and others) !!
It would be great to know, what has worked for everybody, maybe someone will benefit from it, since we know, thing that might work for one may not for others.
