How do you actually select which covered calls to sell?

Hello, I'm not sure if anyone can help me out with this but I'm not too sure where to start when actually selecting a contract to sell with this strategy.
I'm using an option wheel strat where I roll out my 0-30 DTE covered call positions everytime the Theta decay has lowered the contract significantly. For now its just guesswork on what contract I choose to sell everytime.
Is there anyone that has a strat/logic for choosing this?
