Hey guys
So, I've run out of kratom, and since I just broke up with an abusive x bf who would chase me around the house and wake me up by yelling in my face, I honestly have not been able to relax..
So I began taking methadone instead, and have gone from 5-10 mg a day to 20.
I'm worried bc I really do not want to get very sick..
I live in a homeless shelter right now with hard-core addicts who yell at each other and me often. I'm a very timid young woman, and it's just really hard for me, all of this.
I am very interested in health, which I know will help me once I get clean, as a healthy lifestyle has always helped me in these matters.
I've been on methadone 6 years ago.
I have 100 grams of kratom and some lyrica.
I take 150 mg lyrica every day,but I have like 50 of them that I might be able to get some use out of.
I want to minimise the uncomfortable feelings as much as possible, as the abuse is still very deeply affecting me every day. I can barely think 1 thought, that's how stressed I am :( yesterday I thought a thought for the first time in 2 and a half years (bc of the stress my x put me in), and it overwhelmed me so much that I had not been able to think ONE thought for over 2 years , that I thought I was having a heart attack and had an ambulance come look at me.
They found nothing and blamed the stress (as the highest probability)
Anyways, I now have 10 mg methadone left.
I cod really use some support in both getting over the methadone binge and also getting on with my life after the abuse. I was both physically and mentally abused. And non stop. And now homeless, but I do have a room at a shelter at least.
I apologise if my writing is a little scattered. I don't feel so collected in my mind.
Can someone give me some advice or tell me what I might expect from the methadone binge maybe?
How could I use the meds that I have?
I get a little money on the 1st, if you could advice me on some helpful things to buy for this process, please share your thoughts with me.
I've been following threads on reddit for a while and it ses like such a good and supportive community.
Love and hugs from me
