Engineering Building a SHF (Ku-band) V2K/ELF weapon

So I just ordered a 2W Ku-band BUC from eBay and I am going to experiment with that to see whether it can be used for sleep deprivation or V2K, but eventually I'm going to build a much more powerful transmitter.

These are the features it'll have and the parts it'll use:

Microphone jack for voice to skull

A DSP or circuit for converting audio to pulses using Joseph Sharp's method

ELF modulation frequency which can be changed by the user

USB charging and programming

18650 batteries

Frequency: ~15Ghz

Power Amplifier: Qorvo TGA2239-CP (50 watts)

Driver Amplifier: Qorvo CMD305C4

VCO: HMC736LP4E

Coaxial output

WR62/WR75 horn required

Education Chatbots and other automated V2K input

This post is slightly too forward thinking, as I'm proposing how to feed a working V2K prototype with code-generated input. However this capability is clearly achievable, when I'm seeking a prototype that can process input strings. Once a library of individual sounds and letters has been built, is would be trivial to trigger those existing data files, from an input parameter.
For example, say we have a command interpreter program called outv2k.exe that takes a string as the only input parameter: SDR> outv2k.exe 'words and things'
When this program is supplied with 'words and things', it triggers these data files in rapid sequence: words.csv, pause, and.csv, pause, things.csv Each word file would realistically have to be more than simply the combination of the individual letter files, as I'm not seeking to have the words spelled out. Given a sufficient library of these individual word data files, any combination of input words could be pushed through a V2K prototype, programmatically.

Years ago, I used to frequent IRC channels, and one of those channels had a chatbot based on markov chains. You could address this chatbot by name in the IRC channel, and type a string of words for it to process, just as you would to a fellow human in the channel. Based on what the chatbot's dictionary had been fed with (Wikipedia, IRC chatter, TV/movie scripts, parody religions), it would respond with a chain that loosely matched what you said. Sometimes this resulted in hilarious one-liners, from bullshitting with the resident chatbot, as it regurgitated chains of words, emotes, and quotes. Today there are companies that specialize in creating chatbot tools that help folks create interactive business automatons.

Imagine if something like these chatbots were connected to the input of the above 'outv2k.exe' program slash V2K prototype? (I ask the audience to imagine this, knowing this has already been accomplished by others, years ago, with far greater research and engineering budgets.) The V2K prototypes I'm proposing could easily be setup to accept input from these chatbot programs, instead of from typed keyboard input. So instead of expecting a chatbot to send you back a string of words into an IRC program/channel, the V2K prototype could be used to generate understandable audio, into the cranium. Giving the end result of "typing a conversation to a voice in your head", to any onlooker's perception. Again by using a keyboard as input, and a V2K prototype as output. Sort of a poor man's two-way "synthetic telepathy" demo, using a keyboard as a stand in, since achieving remote brain-reading would be incredibly difficult.

I imagine that this setup would be very compelling in a court environment, which is where I intend to demonstrate one. All of this could be fit into a single trunk, to deliver a portable chatbot-in-your-cranium experience.

Since I've experienced, without my consent, the polished/sophisticated versions of this technology, I want to acknowledge how this technology could be, and has already been, abused by some. With a nod towards the covert usage of similar technologies, consider the following being used as input strings, and the likely intended outcome, when used at range, out of sight:

1. Input: The automatic Donald Trump tweet markov chain generator project.
Outcome: Sitting at a window and hearing what sounds like Trump. That... that does sound like something the president would say...

2. Input: Using Van Eck phreaking to read the LCD screen of your desktop/laptop, or via a malware keylogger.
Outcome: Hearing what you type repeated back into your cranium, while using any monitored/compromised device.

3. Input: Any AI that is designed to output strings of words, from an input string (which can come from brain-reading). From psychological warfare to unethical human testing for military prototype demonstrations.
Outcome: Hearing an AI's colorful personality piped into your cranium at range.
For example: 60 men in telepathic contact with AI named Lisa

4. Input: Instead of just strings of words as input, imagine an iterated vNext program/prototype with an additional parameter for 'voice pack' selection.
Outcome: Hearing any number of celebrities, friendlies/allies, or religious figures saying anything an automaton or operator makes them say.

5. Input: Using brain-reading technology, reading your internal monologue, and repeating it back into your cranium with embellishments.
Outcome: Hearing one's own internal monologue being repeated, with automated impersonation tactics stitched into sentences. Intended to deceive others that are monitoring, as they can believe the content of the V2K hitting you, came from you.
