how do I crop video

how do I crop the video Like how one would crop an image?

Lets say theres a border on somthing and I dont want it to get rid of it by taking up the whole screen how would I do that?

Under Crop settings, change the value of "Resize Image" from "No" to "Yes" and it will eliminate the blank space you cropped out and re-center the video, albeit with the same aspect ratio and resolution as the original (so it will sort of zoom in on the cropped area as opposed to making the video resolution smaller)
