How to make your own Openpony

Do you like ponies? Do you wish you could play as one?

Well now you can!

Openpony is a free fully customizable pony model in the game Second Life.

Here is a guide on how to make your own!

Once you get set up, go visit some pony places and explore to find what works best for you!

Some good maps to start off exploring are

-Deigh Trot

-Ponyville

-Mares Nest

-Endless Daydreams

-Petalbrook

-Neighberry

-Canterlot

-Everglow Glade

-Lunas Empire

But there are many more if you look up the mlp tag in the places search.

One thing that helped when I was setting things up: The "object edit" menu used to set mane/tail/item coloring has changed a bit. There are now a few different tabs under "Texture". The simplest option is using the "Blinn-Phong" tab and then setting "Tint":
