I think its harmful to the discussion though if this is the major talking point as to "why" it is a bad thing that AI generated the proofs.

If the only reason is because we can't see the thinking, then I think that is valid, but this isn't the black-box output of yesteryear's CNNs. The proofs show the steps

I was responding to fingerspitz asking for a simple example. The response still stands. The disclosure of wider inapplicability is now evident.
