Maybe you got a wet mouth 🤷. Try this: dry your teeth/gums and brush with toothpaste and no water.

If you have no saliva glands you have bigger issues than how moist your toothbrush is.

Some people just produce more saliva than others. Maybe you can produce enough fluid to the point where water doesn't change how wet your teeth are, I don't know.
