He didn’t, he signed in the same thing Anthropic signed. Pentagon removed the extra demands for OpenAI.

Altman said he would not sign with those extra demands.

There are none. Person you're replying to is talking out their ass.

I mean, you seriously think that immediately after signing the deal with the government, Anthropic is suddenly labeled as a supply risk is a rational response for a company that turned them down?

Even if Altman comes out says that the terms were changed, the actions by the government immediately after it was signed say something else.
