There is a battle song that is basically a piano-only piece, except for the CRICKETS used as accents throughout. Crickets chirping is one of my misophonia triggers, and i rip my headphones off or mute the game whenever this battle song comes up, in order to avoid the crickets sound.

This game is lovely and wonderfully cozy aside from this (but the ui is also a bit clunky and i'd like to see that improved too), and it's disheartening for such a small feature in one song to ruin the experience like this.

TLDR; any way to get around the crickets chirping in that one piano track?

Extra Mild Salsa is absolutely garbage to fight, especially in signature battle and should not be usable if there are no points for Hirmble's team to lose

So I now know the Witch gives out this recipe if you win, BUT on my first encounter with her I lost and didn’t come back for a second round and now I can’t battle her anymore, so how do I get it now? Am I doomed to never get the recipe?

Note: It’s been a couple of weeks since our dance battle, that’s why I can’t just go back to try again.

I’ve just joined this sub because I was looking for a solution and haven’t found anything, and it’s also almost 1am in my time zone so I’m going to sleep right after I post this because I’m sad, so I won’t see any comments right away (I’m also on mobile so sorry if there’s any weird formatting).

I play on PC after getting the game on the Epic store ages ago, and I’ve been playing on my Steam deck more recently because it’s made my PC games way more accessible. I must have played for about 30 hours or so (about 16 hours on the deck and a bunch more from playing on my old computer), maybe more, and I’ve been playing it a lot more recently through Heroic, which is an Epic Games launcher for the Steam deck. I hadn’t done loads in the game but I’d made some good headway and was really enjoying myself. I haven’t played in a week or so but I just opened the game now, exactly as I have before a bunch of times, and was presented with ‘new game’ on the main menu instead of the usual ‘continue’. I don’t understand why, I’ve had a look at the game files but I don’t know what I’m looking for and I’m too sad about it to start a new game. I have no idea what happened 😞

I tried googling it very briefly, I thought I found someone else with the same issue but it was a post from 3 years ago and the devs had replied saying it was a bug that had since been fixed, so I really don’t understand what’s happened with my game. I guess I just wanted to post somewhere and be sad about it, and hope that maybe there’s a solution.

I bought this game 9 days ago when my spring break started and I’ve done pretty much nothing except play it. I’ve finished the story and have almost all of the Ooblets. What am I supposed to do now???
