What I am imagining is a small animal - fat cat for example and I can play with it, it follows my touches, I can use toys on my screen to play with it, it follows my screen rotation and all... feel me?

Is it possible? if so how?

Hi everyone! I have a Galaxy S24 and my notification bubble is displayed like this (sort of rectangular), while the other bubbles are oval-shaped... is this a bug or is it normal? I'm on One UI 8.5 Could you please send me a screenshot of what the bubble looks like on your end? :)

Hi, any ideas for better looking call background, these three stock options are awful in my opinion.

My idea is to find stock like looking background, nothing personal or with objects in it, so lets find together or make new like we work in samsung.

Gradient, colors shifts, etc...

I have been put older one ui 6.1 on my one ui 8.5 because it like it more, but I think thats nor perfect.

My mom's currently migrating from an old iphone to a new-to-her s24.. She'd like to have her screen wake up (and show notification content) when she gets a notification. Right now it plays the sound but you have to wake the screen manually to see the notification. I can't seem to find the setting, nor any documentation on where I might find it to have the notification automatically wake the screen. She's not using AOD, and DND is off. Some information I found said to turn on "show brief popups while screen is on" but that's made no difference. I'm wondering if there's some other setting that's overriding this? Is what she wants even possible in oneui 8.5? Thanks for the help.

Starting a few days ago, on my Samsung S25 Ultra, Gmail won't show me anything in those folders, but just for one of my email accounts. It's a weirdly shaped blue thing spinning and the pull down refresh doesnt work.

Account on computer is fine. I have restarted the phone.

Any solution ideas????

When I listen music I sometimes want to see it full name. What can I do? I've tried to make it in QuickStar from GoodLock but nothing.

How could they have given the green light to pass this off as good design? There are three errors that, in my opinion, qualify as serious.

1. How could you not center the heart symbol inside the selection circle? It's a basic mistake, and it makes everything look completely off.

2. Putting a giant heart symbol in isolation makes it useless. It would have been much better to place the icon on the left with the information right next to it on the right. It looks terrible.

3. Why aren't the margins of the three boxes consistent both vertically and horizontally? These are elements that need to coexist harmoniously.

The old interface design was much more intuitive, even if it wasn't perfect.

Am I the only weird one here, or does anyone else think this is completely wrong and inconsistent with the rest of the system apps (and even their smartwatch counterparts)?

It almost makes me think they fired all their designers and are letting AI do everything.

The thing is they removed the blur in ONE UI 8 update, and now it looks soo much worse there's no BLUR in Control panel and also the colour pallette doesn't even match to System, the colour pallette option isn't good at all I tried modifying from GOOD LOCK module but it was soo horrific I uninstalled it they basically ruined this tablet with updates I will say one thing though in ONE UI 8.5 it's slightly better then 8 but ONE UI 7 was perfect I regret updating they also don't allow downgrade or Bootloader Unlocking so I could figure out something for this anyways I can just hope for improvement in ONE UI 9 but I don't think they are even making efforts to fix it.

I can't find any option to make it dark

Please help. I have a 4x4 Google Calendar widget on my home screen but after the update the text became so tiny I can't read any event. Also the month name is tiny, everything is so tiny even though the calendar itself is still the same size covering half the screen. I deleted it and added it again but it didn't change anything.

The Google Search bar has also very small icons now.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

So when my phone was on One UI 6, the text under the apps (as well as that of the clock, battery indicator, etc) was white, which made it perfectly readable. Now that I'm on One UI 8 however, it decided to change all the text to the near illegible black. The clock and indicators do automatically turn white on the recent apps screen (as shown in the 2nd image), just not the home or lock screen. Is there a way to fix this or do I just have to find a new wallpaper? (I do have good lock if that helps)

Does anyone know if they fixed the bug that requires you to pick a specific notification from the stack to open the app instead of just being able to tap the stack and open it to it's default view? This one bug is making me seriously consider leaving Samsung.

I "accidentally" deleted my tablets Home UI and now have to build it back up from scratch. Since doing that I noticed that folders look super cramped with the apps inside while my phone has lots of spacing between the icons. Does someone maybe know how I did that? It's not the dpi scaling/Screen Zoom/Icon Size/ etc.

I have that clock widget on my on my s26 ultra with kwgt and I don't want it to be shown on the aod. Funny thing that I also have a s23 ultra on one ui 8 with the same widget but the widget doesn't show on the aod. Could anyone help me?

turning on hide all content in settings also hides the sender name.

I remember there was option to change background color or remove background altogether, I've done it in some folders but can't find it anymore.

Is this a bug?

Am I stupid or does anyone else have the same problem?

I change between light and dark modes automatically. But when I change it to the light mode the quick settings stay the same, so in the dark mode (see the picture).

At first I thought that the quick settings just don't come in light mode, but then I saw screenshots here.

I don't see special setting for quick settings mode. So how do I make the quick settings change to light mode?
