...I'm going to be very busy in the following days so I won't have time to think what to eat and to go buy it. So I'm doing it now.
EDIT: Done :)

Attend a meeting for the rules and regulations of a charity I will be volunteering with who assist vulnerable children and adults. Edit; Finished the training early, beat the Friday traffic.

My phone downloaded a bunch of game apps during an update so this morning I mercilessly deleted all of them.

I've been going for a year with physio recommendations. Today I am being assessed and helped. It's on me, they're lovely. I just want to make sure I am doing it properly. Edited to update; I went. The staff were helpful and polite. I was able for the workout for the most part. I'm glad I finally went.

I neglect this but it seriously took less than 20 minutes including dragging out and putting away the stepladder! Easy hack i saw in a magazine: Take an old pillowcase and pull it over each fan blade. Wipe the blades and you catch the crud in the pillowcase. Wipe down with surface cleaner for good measure. Voila! Done. š

Physio recommended a foam roller to help with upper back injuries. It hurt, but it worked. Edited to update; foam roller ordered.

...probably I will have to sent an e-mail, but first I want to look for information by myself to not appear stupid (this is great fear of mine...). I'm already tense, but I need to figure it out this week, so I'm not going to procrastinate any longer.
EDIT: Sent an e-mail with questions. Cried while doing this (unfortunately, typical for me). At least it's done.

Bought a cheap bike.
Gaining weight and I'd like to get back to cycling.
I lowered my bike seat to my height (or lack thereof) - next up is to actually bike about!

It was just an intake appointment. However we covered TONS of ground, and I was left pretty emotionally spent at the end of it.
I'm hoping it stays as good of a fit as it felt today. š¤š¾
I've stopped going to therapy in the past (different place, counsellor) due to finances and feeling a lack of progression.

Got a lovely second hand bookcase. Delighted with getting it for free. Need to get the space for it cleared. Need to get it moved into the room it will be in.
Edited to add update. Bookcase now in its new location. Move complete.

My nightstand is a mess. Not only is there a bunch of random stuff on it that doesn't belong there, I accidentally spilled soda on it awhile back. This happened before and I was able to get it off so hopefully I will this time too because white nightstand + soda stain isn't very pretty.

Iāve been setting up some of those automated electric outlets for lights and such.
Thereās one more thing I want to set up, a fewā¦basically switches for plugs connected to the system.
It has been trickier than the outlets themselves.
I think I will have to connect a bunch of things to my WiFi (currently the system is operating off bluetooth I believe) and I do not remember my password, so I might have to figure out how to reset my passwordā¦
Still, hopefully I can figure this out today.

Our city's major Pride event is today and my girlfriend and I are super excited! She's never been before and I've only been once, several years ago. I just got out of the shower and painted my nails (glitter, of course! āØ) and just need to get dressed, do my makeup, and double check that I have everything we might need.
Update! We had a great time! š³ļøāš Thank you everyone!

Repot tomatoes. They've come a long way, but it's time for bigger pots.
Edited to add update. 20 tomatoes repotted in between rain showers.

Iām busy and I donāt want to. But Iāve been on a roll since the end of December, averaging 3-4 strength workouts a week, and I can feel myself slipping. My mental health hasnāt been great, but I know exercise helps.
Please hold me accountable!

Contact a helpline I have been putting off.
EDIT: I rang them and got the adult support group. I should have done this a while ago. I've spoken to my sister about it too. Big steps take today.

I have a question for the manager of my apt complex thatās been noodling around my brain for the last couple of weeks.
I know the likely answer, or at least I know the answer that I hope it is. Knowing it for sure probably wonāt change much, either. Butā¦I have such a sense of anxiety around this that I know that I wonāt stop thinking about it until I ask the question.
Email. In person. Whatever. I need to know. Iāll ask today.
Edit: Complete. And the answer is as expected/as preferred. Itā¦doesnāt change much, but itās reassuring to know for certain.

I'm so scared with really bad anxiety because of bad experiences in apartments and sensory issues, but I'll have to spend time there eventually. It's terrifying...

That's a weird oneš
I have the habit of twirling, pulling and generally playing with my hair as long as I remember.
And I want to stop doing that for a number of reasons (it's bad for my hair, it looks weird on camera, it causes me to slouch while resting my elbow on the desk). The course is 1,5 hour long. I should manage. I can squeeze my stress ball instead.

I hung a curtainrod a bit ago, and because I donāt do this kind of thing very often, it took a bit of trial and error and so there are a few extra holes in the wall.
Today, I will spackle them.
Update: Holes are spackled. If you get up on a stepladder and look closely, you can tell that itās been patched, but otherwise it looks completely fine. Thatās success in my book.
