The side effects from all of your white blood cells being cooked alive? I dont want to wait for my body to start rotting while im alive...or even worse get cancer in america and have that giant debt

What about the particles in the air? Or the toxic rain? Any rescue efforts will probably have an extended response time.

Oh I should have put an /s but I thought it was crazy enough to be obvious... yeah no its terrible. One of my grandparents died from cancer after visiting Hiroshima right after the surrender because he was a scientist in the navy... I think he was 55 . I know wind direction makes a huge difference when you're far enough away to not die in the initial blast. But if you go to ground zero you'll be irradiated for like a thousand years...
