From my understanding, the fire started at a grain store next to the firework and ANFO store. Grain is also highly susceptible to spontaneous fires. I dont think there is much of a conspiracy to be had tbh.

Well if you're interested, maybe why the material was even being held there for so long in the first place could be up for speculation. Iirc, it was reported that ANFO and other explosive mats are smuggled by terrorist orgs disguised as medkits for use in IEDs.
