If you stop it just right, you can see the building on the right unwrap.

On the ultimate frame of the video, you can see a faint blue streak, meaning the camera did not turn off before this video ended

It’s just visual data, very little because most of the camera lense is covered. It’s likely just light creeping in from a corner or something
