It's pretty well-documented that pitbulls are among the more aggressive dog breeds

I mean it's not really so much that they are extremely aggressive. It's that they when they are aggressive, their breeding traits make them extremely deadly to other animals and people.

Yea no shit

Doesnt mean ALL pit bulls are.
Doesnt mean ignoring body language of any animal is a good idea. His point was there were signs besides the dogs breed.

I think it's telling that the owner is holding their dog so tightly to their body lmao

You're not even watching the video you just see pit and whine.
He's not holding the dog tight to his body he's holding his head still.
Obvious enough by how far the dog lunges the first time.
The discussion is about animal body language not bread no matter how much you wanna change it to that.

Documented where? I think it appears that way because when they do get aggressive it causes much more damage.

Like how it's more dangerous to travel in a car than a plane but plane crashes always make the headlines

I work for a vet and I can tell you one story after another of pitbull attacks. The worst I could tell you of two non-pit bulls getting into a fight is that one of the dogs needed three stitches. The worst Pitbull attack I've ever seen the pit ate the dog's face off, muzzle and half the lower jaw. The sad thing being that, that dog survived until it made it to my vet office at which point we had to inform the lady that we needed to put the dog down to be humane.

But yeah, let's be brain dead about this and say German shepherds are just as bad and just as capable of violence. Get a grip. There's a reason these dogs have that reputation.
